Your analogy is appropriate. Start Trek is trekking within the boundaries of tangible field where I see amazing symmetry in the infinite succession of finite purposes being accomplished. There is symmetry in nature where Governance is universal, all pervasive and subtlest of all. Prime Directive must refer to the subtlest element where Nature provides the matter and the human brains the antimatter, the missing God particle. When it collides with each other the resultant pure energy is so simple to be seen and captured. No complications or gridlock.
