Thanks for the references. I hadn't heard the phrase although I have seen Mark McIlroy's work. I see him as a strong advocate of the multi-capital model from the externalities perspective. I wrote these recent papers to try to round out the integrated view to also look at the internalities to ensure a fully holistic view.
