Hi Padraig,
I am excited by the idea of measuring intangible value to create drivers to increase business value - 'what gets measured gets managed' to paraphrase Drucker. I am a professional accountant with a background in sales and marketing. As I operate my own business I have real world experience of management and entrepreneurship.
