The recent issue of the iKnow magazine (March 2012), published by the Bangkok University, analyses different aspects of the Thai Flood Crisis. I have a short article on the intellectual capital perspective of this man-made crisis http://www.se-edmag.com/images/stories/online/iknow/iknow02/index.html#/16/

Thank you Waltrout - a very informative article - having presented on the importance of primary health care agencies becoming more invovled in Emergency Management, Disaster Planning and Response - the key points resonate with me, particularly surrounding the importance of IC, and specifically developing structural capital and the collaborative competency of the human capital (this meaning all relevant stakeholders) - a concise article that could sharpen the approach to Emergency Management, Disaster Preparedness and Response in general.
