Joao you mentioned yesterday that you were in the process of improving your "sector approach to IA" and HR policies. On the first topic I would suggest the use of local industry experts to identify the key issues thus growing credibility with customers, and on the second the taking of steps which foster the creation and empowerment of self empowered teams within a learning organisation.
